Each page of my blog and each indivisual blog post features a song (YouTube video link) that inspired my project. I think music is incredibly important for all of life, obviously, but especially important for the design process. It is a little taste of the vibes that helped create the final project. Enjoy. 🙂
Demographics & Background: My family and I moved to Bellingham, Washington August 2018. We welcomed our first child in May 2018 and have not slept since! (Ha!) We love the outdoors, our dog, good food, and good people!
Purpose: The purpose of this blog is to post the content that I have created for topics in COM210.
Interest & Hobbies: My interest and hobbies include watching my son grow & learn, good music & a glass of Prosecco, textiles & fabrics, working in the bridal industry, David Bowie, Marie Antoinette, playing D&D with my friends, Beyonce and playing rap songs on an acoustic guitar.
Career Goals: My career goal is to open my own bridal store. I have worked as a stylist/bridal consulatant in the bridal and formal industry since about 2013. I have a passion for textiles, fabrics and aesthetically pleasing lines. I love to watch trends and patterns in the industry and keep up with designer collections; but most of all I enjoy helping people feel beautiful and confident.
